The original scent infused tea. It starts with a super high quality green tea from the mountains of Sichuan. Only the newly sprouted tea buds are hand picked in early spring and then dried and stored until the summer when jasmine flowers bloom. The green tea is rehydrated at a low temperature with the moisture and aromatic oils from a thick layer of jasmine flowers. This happens several times to fully infuse the green tea with Jasmine scent. The individual leaves are then rolled up into tiny balls to retain the infused scent and to protect the fragile sprouts from being damaged.
